International applicants must meet one of the published English proficiency thresholds, including Duolingo 100, TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.0, or PTE 53. International transcripts must be submitted in both the native language and certified English translation, and UNT accepts transcript evaluations only from WES. The international transfer application fee is 85. Because the degree is fully online, it does not make students eligible for a student visa.
- International students who attend and graduate from high schools overseas are not required to submit SAT/ACT test scores for admission.
- UNT Admissions does not accept Developmental or English Language classes as credit.
