International applicants must meet one of the published English proficiency thresholds, including Duolingo 100, TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.0, or PTE 53. International transcripts must be submitted in both the native language and certified English translation, and UNT accepts transcript evaluations only from WES. The international transfer application fee is $85.
