This industry-recognised qualification is designed to give you the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in entry-level HR, learning and development, and people practice roles.
Objetivos
Los Graduados en Ã"ptica y OptometrÃa con competencias demostradas en OptometrÃa ClÃnica (faceta sanitaria de la profesión) serán capaces de de determinar de forma eficaz y profesional el estado visual y de realizar una valoración funcional de los componentes refractivos oculares sensoriales motores y perceptuales del sistema visual y capaces de diagnosticar, plantear un tratamiento, prescribir ayudas ópticas y/o derivar al especialista de referencia, en aquellas condiciones visuales u oculares que requieran cualquiera de estas intervenciones. Además, los graduados tendrán alta capacidad para desempeñar su labor profesional en cualquiera de los sectores de actividad que se mencionan en el apartado siguiente, desde el mismo dÃa de su graduación.
Completing this qualification opens doors to a wide range of HR and people-focused roles such as HR Assistant, People Administrator, L&D Coordinator, or Recruitment Assistant. It also provides the foundation to progress onto the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, advancing your expertise and career opportunities in HR, people management, and organisational development.
