11.30 - 12:30 Stating clear and measurable quality standards (How to define standards the need to measure measurement techniques generating feedback information systems)

13:30 - 15:00 Identifying quality improvement techniques (Feedback loops generating action plans measuring performance listening to the customer benchmarking)
