To join this course, you'll need:

- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above, or an equivalent qualification.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification (for example, the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice) or appropriate HR/people management experience.
- Applicants may already hold a Level 3 qualification and be working towards a management role in HR. Alternatively, applicants with a first degree, Associate CIPD Membership, and several years of HR experience will also be considered.

All applicants will be required to attend an interview, provide evidence of qualifications and CIPD membership, and supply a reference from their employer.
