Para ello, es necesario conocer las herramientas de mejora que son necesarias para conseguir introducir el ciclo de la mejora continua en las organizaciones.
d) Comprender las interrelaciones que se producen en los diferentes sistemas de gestión y ser capaces de buscar las sinergias que generan para contribuir a la mejora de las organizaciones.
