The Managing Quality module (QUAL11020) will equip the students with a full understanding of the origins and purposes of quality management and will link with other modules in the programme. It is the foundation module for Quality and covers the Chartered Quality Institution Body of Knowledge.

This course provides delegates with the practical skills to manage the early phases of the product/service lifecycle. Delegates will learn how to manage and work with teams to deploy an integrated project based approach to product/service quality planning and risk management, in order to meet customer and stakeholder requirements. This course includes a 1 hour examination and on successful completion, delegates will be awarded a certificate of achievement in practitioner level – Managing Quality Planning.
